Pricing questions

What counts as an analysis?
One label = one analysis, however many photos you upload for that label (front, back, side panels count as one).
What happens if I exceed my monthly analyses?
Your analyses pause until the next monthly cycle. We email you before you hit the cap so you can upgrade if you need more.
How is billing handled?
Billing details — invoicing, taxes and payment method — are confirmed with you before your first paid month. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, any time from your account. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account in one click; you keep access until the end of the current billing cycle, and we don't charge again.
